We do these exercises as a product development and sales and marketing exercise. It allows us to continually test the quality of our rewords while providing you the reader and potential customer of Wordbot with real examples of Wordbot’s rewording capabilities.
Let’s get started by finding our paragraph.
To find our paragraph, I googled reword the paragraph. I took the top ranking site (skipping the ads), clicked on it, and found a paragraph on the page. The paragraph is from paraphrasing-tool .com. We‘ll include the headline too for context.
Our goal is not to copy the text and plagiarize, but to intelligently reword the paragraph so it reads well and is in our own writing, albeit done by a bot instead of us the human.
Wordbot does make it very easy to manually edit sentences while rewording paragraphs, so manually editing each sentence after first automatically rewording it is a great way to avoid copying and plagiarism.
Let’s show the paragraph we’re going to reword.
We’re going to reword the paragraph below, which as mentioned, we pulled from a top-ranking search result for the title of this blog post. We also include the headline. We actually pulled the headline and introduction paragraph from the content on the home page, which was located directly under their paraphraser tool.
What Does Paraphrasing Tool Do?
Paraphrasing-Tool uses intelligent, decision making software to figure out the most appropriate way to reword, or paraphrase, your text. The English language is full of nuance and different shades of meaning, so the software driving this tool must weigh a wide range of factors before deciding on which will be the best way to rephrase your writing. These decisions are made by looking at the context of each word, phrase and sentence. Depending on the context, the software behind this tool might make very different interpretations about what is the best way to rewrite your content. The end-product is an intelligently written, brand-new piece of writing, with the added benefit of knowing that you just saved a lot of time and energy.
Below is the reworded headline and paragraph from wordbot. Down in the Results section, I’ll review how wordbot’s performed with the rewrites.

The original text consisted of one headline, four very long sentences, and 130 words. The rewritten content was not only transformed by wordbot, but also restructured. The four large sentences were converted to 6 smaller sentences. The word count went from 130 to 101, a huge difference.
In my opinion, wordbot did a fantastic job. The reworded headline was made more succinct by using the word purpose instead of do. The rewritten paragraph is worded much better. Broken English was remove, unnecessary words were removed, and large compound sentences were broken into multiples.
All-in-all, albeit just a headline and paragraph, wordbot turned in another stellar performance.
