Author’s Note, 2/8/23 – We’ve had a lot of people reach out and ask us – Can ChatGPT rewrite articles? The answer to the best of our knowledge is no, but the tech behind it absolutely can. ChatGPT is a chatbot developed by OpenAI and launched in November 2022. It is powered by OpenAI’s GPT family of AI and fine-tuned with further using supervised and reinforcement techniques. Although the ChatGPT chatbot cannot rewrite articles, GPT-3 and soon to be GPT-4 is in fact what is used by most AI software platforms like our own wordbot.io, by jasper, WriteSonic, and others. These platforms interact with GPT-3 using prompts, or instructions for the AI. In the coming weeks, we at wrodbot.io are going to start posting specific examples of OpenAI and GPT prompts that can rewrite articles, including the very prompts we use in our product. Stay tuned!

That’s ok sometimes depending on the relevancy of the text. You don’t necessarily want everything changed if it could obscure the meaning of what is going on. One thing we are working on is making it better to swap out different variations of some words.
